I asked this question about a month ago and did not get a response. Many people have remove traction control by getting a new throttle cable and tossing the TCS. I beleive that is what would need to be done.

From what I've heard, they will fit but you'll have to significantly modify the driver-side cover so that the TCS box fits through it. This usually fugs-up the whole reason most people put the covers on in the first place.

When I was installing the covers I found that the two alternator brackets wouldn't fit anymore (without notching the covers). Is it ok to run without those extra bracket supports (that go to the intake and also the the exhaust manifold bolt)?

It's not that hard to notch the fuel rail cover for the altinator bracket.
See pic and ignore the burnt wire
