I can't seem to get that darn fuel pump to work. I jumpered it and cut the inline ground and properly grounded it to a good surface and still I can't seem to hear it run "continously". The only thing I hear is a "click" everytime I connect the jumper to the + on the battery. I am thinking of doing the access panel removal. I know the relay is good because I tried the one on my other car and it works fine. Could the fuel pump gone bad after 4-6 months of not firing up the car? It looks this way.

Any suggestions you guys may have--Please let me know.
