fuel pressure drop off related too voltage

what kind of fuel pressure drop off would one typically see when the voltage at the pump is down?
whats a good way too test voltage at the pump under WOT driving?

my fuel pressure is dropping off only under WOT and i believe it too be either a weak pump in general, low voltage too the pump causing pressure loss or another hole has developed in the convoluted tubing. (i've diagnosed everything else in the system)
its also taking forever (10-15sec) for it too build pressure on start up....even while the car is running

Re: fuel pressure drop off related too voltage

Its my understanding weak pumps draw more current which is why it reads low.
