everything together i would say 20lb or so...but it adds up when your taking other stuff off the car too...just watch it with your CATS...mine clogged in a week of driving with the AIR pump un-plugged...resulting in me gutting my cat and taking off the AIR

like i said i gutted mine...not sure how the high flow CATS will react to it, just keep the thought in the back of your head incase you do it and it start to run sh!tty....hope i helped ya with this
