Fuel lines a problem with true duals??

I'm going to be installing my lt's into x pipe, chambered mufflers, and dumped soon, and was wondering if there will be any problems with me running the exhaust around the fuel lines? I'm going to run have it at 45 degree angels pointing out towards the side of the car and hopefully exiting somewhere infront of the rear tire close to the side. Anyone have problems with this?

i'm running true duals with no problems. the guy i paid to do the exhaust fabrication was real careful not to get too close to the lines though. my exhaust doesnt dump out the side but still comes close to the lines in some areas. if your really worried about it, fabricate a heat shield for the lines.

How close is "not to close"? Also, would it help to wrap them in something?

i would give a couple inches. just make sure that the exhaust isnt rubbing the lines. if you have to get closer than that, just wrap the lines with some heat tape to keep the temp down a bit.
