has anybody else had this problem, i put a 96 lt1 in 71 camaro, everything is fine but my injectors are firing. W/ starting fluid bypassing the injectors it runs fine, but w/out starting fluid doesn't crank. Any suggestions would be helpful. Got power to the injectors. and I THINK all my grounds. Have you checked for any codes in the PCM? If the PCM can not find the low resolution pulse from the Optispark, it shuts down the fuel system, including the pump and the injectors.

 

VATS is usually a concern in a transplant. If you have not made arrangements (ie. fuel enable bypass module or having VATS programmed out) to get around it, the PCM will not enable the injectors.
