How did you determine your fuel injectors aren't any good?

Im actually thinking now that it might be fuel pump cause someone told me that there is something by my cowl that you press and if it shoot out gas hard then the pump is good but it shot out weak, so Im guessing its a bad fuel pump now

go to your local parts store and pick up a fuel pressure tester they run about 25 bucks, check your pressure and you should see 41-47 psi at idle if not you may have a bad pump or a clogged fuel filter

You test the pressure at the Schrader valve, on the fuel supply hard line.... that's where you would do the "if it shoot out gas hard" test, which is not accurate at all. Use a gauge as suggested above.
