fuel injectors

Does anyone know what injectors other than the stock gm multech will work on a 95 z28 without retuining? I had a set of fms 24lb/hr in for a while but they made the car lope when you started it hot. It never ran right with them then I found out you need to tune the pcm for them because they ar rated at a lower pressure. I live in the DFW area anyone want them I'll sell them cheap. Anyone using the ACCELL 26 lb/hr how are those?

You shouldn't need a retune with 24# SVOs (or the related FMS, Bosch, etc.). The stock RP's are input to the PCM as 24.9#/HR. The SVos, corrected for the pressure difference will flow 25.3#/HR.... not enough difference that can't easily be compensated with the long term fuel corrections. I ran 24# SVOs for two years on the stock tune with my "bolt on" setup. Never had any problems at all with them.

i've heard stock lt1 was 24lb and 2lb. not sure which one it really is cuz i have an ls1 and 3rd gen car, but i'd go for svo 24lb. don't buy accels. they tend to stick every oncve in a while under longer full throttle runs. lol i hydro'ed my 305 that way a year ago
