Fuel Filter Replacement
I just did mine like 2 weeks ago... It was very easy despite not releasing the fuel pressure (Yes I took the "High octane bath") but was able to clean up myself/ground with a rag or two...
Its a good idea to change it out every 30k miles or so...

I'd say the work takes 10 minutes and the job takes 30 minutes to do.. by the time you get all your stuff out, something to catch the gas, jack up the car, find the right wrenches, put the filter in, check for leaks, bleh bleh blah.. Took me bout 30 I guess start to finish including cleanup
Super easy to do. OH don't forget to look in the box for the plastic clip thinggie, I put my filter on and tried to transplant the old plastic clip from the old filter to the new one because i thought it didnt come with one, then looked in the box later and realised it did come with a new one...
