fuel cut at WOT? little help

First of all i bought a fuel pressure tester and the thing was a piece of crap and leaked on me hence i could not get readings...

my car runs flawless at idle and any partial throttle.no knock and 02s look fine (via freescan)

Then at WOT i get shi^ loads of knock (like up to 6 degrees) and the 02s look dangerously lean..(fred u remember my thread(s) about this)

my question is..what is going on that on regular idle and any partial throttle the fuel is fine and then at WOT it is not giving as much fuel as needed?

Fuel filter could be plugged up or you could have a weak fuel pump.

its not the filter..i just changed it...im hoping its not the fuel pump i quess ill have to run a pressure test to see whats going on...if it is the fuel pump i have a good write up guide on how to install by cutting through the trunk floor...would another stock pump be best route to go? if so what is the stock and where should i get it from?

Get a Racetronix pump kit.

Re: fuel cut at WOT? little help

The Racetronix kit is the only pump that is made to replace the stock one and still be for high performance applications. It will work with a stock car too. Most people go with the racetronix because it fits our cars perfectly is a high out put piece and a stock pump would probably cost just as much.
