ok, just called them, again another answering machine this time it said our phones are down till monday, write us an e-mail it will be responded by from 1-24 hours. i hope so, bc i am getting mad. then i sent them this e-mail,

hi

I ordered mac 13/4 shortie headers and y-pipe from you on Jan 31, it is feb 27 what is going on, you claim 5 bussiness days, 10 max, i have e-mailed you twice already with no responce, i have called you and your answering machine said that it would take 24 hours max to recieve a responce via e-mail, i still have yet to recieve any responce from my previous e-mails my confirmation # is 1740-0911-2951 let me know what is going on. Do you let your customers know how their order is coming along, or do you just expect them to wait for months. Also, you better not charge me untill my order is shipped out. you know have untill 9:20 central time tommorow to send a responce. One more thing if i get screwed then i am going to post on every camaro, corvette, mustang, forum i can find to tell them what happened.

sean

so, if they dont respond what should i do???

Did you buy with credit card, you could always call your cc company and have them take it off.

If I remember correctly, there is a federal law that states if you order a product, and it will not be shipped to you within 30 days, the company HAS to notify you of this.

So, yes, I believe you have recourse. You might mention such a law in your email, after you double-check it.

Thanks for mentioning this too, as I was considering getting an Autometer gauge from them. But if it's going to be 3 months...
