Front and rear sway bars. What size to get?

I am interested in upgrading my front and rear sway bars in my 95 convertible. What size should I get. I am currently looking at the Spohn 32/22 set. I am also looking for a good strut tower brace. I kind of like the G2 4 point brace. Any opionions are welcome.

I am also thinking of replacing the following:
*The stock bushings in my front upper and lower A-Arms with energy suspension poly bushings.
*The rear LCA's with the Spohn LCA's and poly bushings.
*The Panhard bar with the Spohn panhard bar and poly bushings.

Springs and shocks are already done. I have 1LE springs and Bilstein shocks. In the rear coils I have the AIR LIFT airbags.

Opinions please.
Thanks
Mike

Front is a 35mm hollow bar from Strano parts. As far as the rear, I would wait to see if you feel you need it after you install the front bar.. Alot of guys are running the stock bar and others go with 22mm or 24mm from a 3 gen.

I love my Suspension Techniques 35mm solid front sway bar from www.stranoparts.com

I am using the stock rear bar, and the car feels great.

Is that the Suspension Techniques part number 50080? The
1 3/8" Sway Bar? I was just looking at that one. Thanks much. Do I need any additional hardware or does it come with poly bushings and mounting hardware?

Yes, it comes with all the hardware (endlinks and polyurethane bushings)

Yes, the 1 3/8" bar is the 35mm bar.

Strano is selling a 35 hollow front bar now. Nearly as stiff as the ST but lighter. That's probably the hot set up.
Rear bar is a matter of taste. A stiffer than stock bar will make the rear looser but personally I like how flat it makes the car corner.

I saw the hollow 35 that Strano sells. I am still partial to the solid 35mm bar though. For the rear I think I want a 21 and 22 just a bit stiffer than stock for flat cornering. I wish I could find this stuff in Canada.
