i have a 94 firebird with the orginial tranny with the performance button.it has about 127,xxx miles.is there a such thing called a passing gear.my dad said it may be going out.my car smells to be slipping at 3,000 rpm.also my tranny fluid is blk instead of red.do u think this could be a problem.?thank
