You seriously need a tune. 1.6 rockers, new springs, ewp, 52mm TB, coolant bypass, and maybe even some 1.7 rockers if you wanna try it. You could pick up a good bit... just have to wanna do that.

I have some lt4 valve springs and 1.6 roller tip rockers, not full roller rockers. Total price.... less than 100$. LOL Ported stock TB to 52mm with an airfoil from eBay have been great for people here and are 120$ plus core. If you send him your TB he can port it and add a airfoil. Cost is like 150$. For 250$ you can pick up about 15 at the wheels I bet.

here is the response from my e-mail to dallas mustang:

The roughness of the lines is possibly from some rf noise through the ignition system or the plugs are miss-firing. You may consider changing plugs.

The A/F lines at the bottom are the actual A/F (smooth line) and the target A/F (dotted line).
what do yall think?

Tune and 1.6 rockers could put you over 280rwhp. What they said is likely. I would change plugs and the tune would help to even out that line.

How many miles are on your car? How old are the plugs and wires?

You dont notice any vibrations from the engine when accelerating under load do you?

I'd say your ignition system is alright then. Most dyno graphs I have seen where the ignition system is faulty usually have sharper, more erratic looking waves.

I'd really get another pull... preferably on a different dyno if there is another shop local to you. These guys dont seem to know what they're doing as I dont know why these guys would stop your run at 5200rpm. Like previously stated, you cant really verify that 260rwhp peak because it looks like a spike. My bet is the problems are with the dyno you tested your car on.

Every other dyno chart I've ever seen had a target a/f of 13:1. The spikes don't appear to be anything related to a mis-fire or ignition problem. Post back up after you do another pull.

Bring your tail out here to Dallas and go to HPP. They can dyno tune your car.

It looks like the car is running a bit lean and has a good bit of knock retard. Has it ever been programmed before? That is odd to see if it is a stock tune as typically they run on the rich side from GM. One possibility is that the MAF is very dirty and not reporting all the incoming air (easy to clean, just spray with some carb/choke or throttle body cleaner), or you may have a leak after the maf on the intake boot. Either can do this.
Brian from pcmforless.com when i asked about a tune

I say there is prolly more left in the car, here is my dyno chart with just SLP CAI/Yank 2800 converter and then + a 100 shot. (stock tune)
