Air pump
thats at least 3 pounds, but it does clear up some of the engine bay so i would do it. All i have out of my car is the jack, and spare.
Edit: I think its stupid IMHO to remove all that stuff just to go to the track. Im not trying to rag u but are you trying to prove something, or racing for money? When i go tothe track i keep it like i do on the street.

carpet padding
i removed one horn (other works good enough)
trim panels that go above your feet, (you cant see them anyway)
front sway bar and brackets (unless you like to take curves fast)
heat shields above the exhaust system
EGR system

As far as weight, when I weighed out things I removed I got:
Spare: 27lbs.
Jack: 8-10 lbs.
Rear seat pads (part you sit on): 5lbs. a piece
Rear seat back: 16lbs.
Trunk/Hatch cover: 4lbs.
Plastic in the trunk/spare area: around 4lbs. total
Rear seat belts: 5lbs each
Not too much of a weight reduction, but it has to help and gives you an excuse to not cart all your friends around
. I heard something about the passenger seat being around 40 something pounds. So just removing a few trivial things when you go to the track can save you 100ish lbs. and 1/10 of a second.

i need my heat shields this is a daily driver im just doing this for a track day thing to see how quick i can make her.
and i consider removing the carpet padding a little obscene.

I was curious whether removing the heat shields above the exhaust and the panels abover your feet were weight reduction or just getting them out of the way, I cant imagine that stuff weighs more then 5 lbs together if your lucky, that calculates to about .005 of a second in the quarter, and the way i see it, and proved it, i took out my speaker box in the back, about 50+lbs to go to the track once and ran a slower time, cuz i couldnt hook up.
Sway bar is an easy remove and it helps with wt transfer. (The nose is lighter so it can shift up to load the rear easier. Some people have said removing wt on the back of the car has no effect, but I don't subscribe to that theory. My track prep is removing the sway bar, rear speaker panels, 12 disc changer, rear seat and belts, sunroof panels, floor mats, and any extra crap in the car (even loose change, etc) Several of my buddies leave their sway bars off nad have no problems even with serious driving. It seems to drive fine to me without it too.
