Freaking top speed limiter
Well my car tops out right around 120mph. This really pissed me off this weekend! I raced a 97 Mustang and i burned his azz till i hit 120 then "poop" damn speed limiter he blew past me around 130 and put his lights on.
Well what is the cheapest way to raise my limiter? I should be able to get 150 out of her right?

I have had 6 4th gen cars and there has never been a speed limiter on any of them. Did you hit the rev limiter? I didn't know there was a speed limiter on these cars...
What years were the limiter put on?....was it done on Formula's, T/A's and Z28's?

I have a saver package for removing it among a few other things you can choose, for $75 + return shipping. I honestly don't think you'll find any cheaper solution than this...

96-97 LT1 cars with Z-rated tires have the speed limiter at 160 mph. The ones with crappy tires again, have it at 118 MPH.
EDIT: looks like all F-bodies with Z-rated tires from 96 to 02 have the limiter at 160 MPH.
