After my rebuild i had a very annoying squeak...i had this before my rebuild..and i thought it was my old belt..because if u spray lube on the belt it would stop squeaking...well i has a new belt and still doing it.
I've found out that my Airconditioning pump is getting so hot that it is causing the belt to squeak....is there any way to disengauge the clutch on the AC pump? i would like to drive my car today being that it is one of the last nice days we will have this year...any help would be great

 

umm, you sprayed lube on your belt??

 

If the A/C is not on, then the A/C pulley travels free.... Is the pulley locked???? If so, then you need a new compressor or an A/C delete pulley kit....
