I was wondering the best way to get the fog light out to change a bulb in a 95 Z28?

 

There are 3 plastic connectors that fasten the bumper underneath the car right in front of the airdam. Pull them out, pull the bumper down there and reach from behind the fog light. From there you'll be able to reach the socket in back of the fog light. It's slightly a blind operation, but it's the fastest way I know of. I can do it in 5 minutes.
