flywheel question

i pulled my clutch this weekend due to disengagement problems(tranny fluid soaked the disk) after 8000 miles the flywheel has no heat checks and the discoloration on it can be wiped off leaving a like new looking condition.the same for the pressure plate.do you think i should have the flywheel turned? or, can i get by sticking it back in with a new pp and clutch disk? also, the pilot roller bearing looks perfect as does the input shaft so that leaves the tob as another culprit to my issue of making a loud noise ( equivalent to the sound of u-joints popping) when pressing in the clutch pedal while driving. this also causes the tranny to have a time going into gear.i wouldnt think the disk being soaked would cause this condition. i tried the drivetrain section but after two days i received no replies and need to get rolling asap. thx.
