flywheel/PP install

sorry to post this in the wrong section, but i need some info quick. i am installing a resurfaced stock flywheel with a new Mcleod PP and disc. i know that there are supposed to be marks on the flywheel/PP but i cant find any. what are my options here? do i just put them in or do i have to get the PP balanced to the flywheel?

Re: flywheel/PP install

The stock flywheel has an alignment hole so you can't install it wrong. The PP should be neutrally balanced so orientation shouldn't matter.

You can see the "extra" hole (alignment hole) in the photos of the flywheel in this attachment: http://www.ws6.com/slpclutc.htm
