Flywheel or no?

My car is at the Vette doctors right now and I'm in the process of ordering the clutch for it, however,......do I have to buy a new flywheel also? I'm getting a SPEC stage 3 clutch and at the bottom it had the choice of either a steel or billett flywheel. Now is this a must or can they use the stock flywheel? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Unless you want a lightened flywheel to help it rev quicker, theres no reason why you would have toreplace your flywheel unless it's heat damaged. Just get it machined.

yup, they should be able to take yours as a core for a resurfaced replacement.
