Flushing the heater core

Flushing the heater core

By doing this would I need to re-bleed the coolant system? Also any pics? Never done one before...have a done headgaskets but afraid to touch the heatercore...I'm clueless lol

Remove heater hoses at the water pump. Flush into both hoses, one at a time. Keep water off the opti. Reconnect, refill, bleed.

****, so im going to lose a good deal of coolant then huh? And have to re-bleed the system for the 3rd time...damnit. Which ones are the heater hoses? The smaller ones?

LOL, yeah the ones that go to the heater core. It should be pretty obvious. Open the bleeders when you refill and most of the air is purged.
