flushing coolant and moving opti vent line

I just bought a 97 z28 and need toi know the steps to flush the coolant. Well mainly the steps where the bleeders come in. when do i bleed them and where are they located on the car.

I am also putting a polished aluminum intake elbow on the car - i wated to know if it was ok to move the vented opti down further on the intake or does it need to stay where it is.

thenks

The opti-spark is the LT1 distributor. The bleeder screws are located right under the elbow. There's two. And it shouldn't matter if you move your opti vent line.
