Question Which fluid for my new tranny and TQ?

I just purchased a rebuilt tranny with about 40K on the clock. I got my TCI stall and tranny cooler ordered and everything is almost ready to go in. I plan on taking much better care of this one than the last. What tranny fluid do you guys recommend? I'm dumb when it comes to these things and no very little more than how to change my own oil. Sad ain't it Ohwell. I'm willing to spend whatever on good fluids if need be. Go easy I'm a newbie despite the post count.

I just had my tranny rebuilt and the guy who owns the shop told me just good old Dexron 3 and thats it.
Any tranny guys out there can chime in on this? I would like to know myself if things like Trick shift or synthetics would be better.
