FLP lt's - what gasket??

what kind of header gasket would be best to go with?

right now the setup i had was **don't know what kind of gasket** but it was fiberous, with stage 8 bolts (3 of which backed out??), lt4 hc kit, ported stock heads, k&n cai...

also would stage 8 be good to go with or does it really matter? arp's 12 point hex stainless??

I'm using Fel-Pro gaskets with my FLP's and they've worked out great. I haven't had any leaks since I put them in over a year ago.

Used felpro also and works good. Fits good, no problem. Just installed the headers last week and you will love the difference

I also use Felpro, #1406. I also use standard header bolts and have been leak free for 2 years. Just remember to tighten them down after a few heat cycles. After that, I check them at least once a month. I also put antiseize on all bolts before installation.
