FLP Long Tube header (emmisions) question...

Well, I keep hearing different stories that the FLP Long tubes will pass emmisions.. and others say they wont.. and other say they will pass unless they actualy look under your hood so... my question is... if hooked up properly to my 96 SS (only mod is K&N air filter) will they pass emmisions? btw I live in Toronto, Ontario for those who might be familiar with our regulations.. and I'm planning on buying the headers from www.thunderracing.com
Thanks a lot

Trevor

Yes they will pass the emissions. They have all the provisions to hook up the EGR & A.I.R. plumbing & they have cats.
I passed. As long as there is a cat under the car it is highly unlikely they will fail you. Especially if you pass the test itself.

I have them on my '94 Z & they took a mirror to the side where my single cat was supposed to be & saw the FLP cat in almost the identical location. That was plenty.
