I was looking at thunderracing, I was wondering if FLP headers are street legal headers...as far as AIR and CATS placement?

 

Not sure about your state but in California they're not legal because of CAT placement. It's pretty easy to find a smog shop that won't look for things like that. Most probably wouldn't think you'd move your CAT anyways. If they see a cat they probably figure it's in its stock location anways without checking.
