Yes! It's a cat-back. If you want the most power drop the y pipe and run duals. Otherwise you're talking about an insignificant power increase of one over the other.

If you choose to keep the oem mounting locations, then you're limited to basic after market systems, all of which wil perform over stock farily equally, with perhaps a handful of horses to give or take.

I've got the flowmaster 80 series on my car and no cat. I only lost 1 tenth and 2mph running through the flowmaster instead of my cutout.

I think it sounds good, but it could be a little bit louder

Ok, I already have a flowmaster, car came that way, but how about running no muffler at all, just a pipe where the muffler used to be, while still using the rest of the flowmaster pipes, seems like it could be a cheap custom made loudmouth.

I have MAC headers running through a flowmaster cat-back and it sounds cool as hell. And with all these ricers stirring the shiz-nit, cops dont bug me for sound violations. My next mod is a straight pipe replacing the cat. Which still wont be that loud. A very decent amount of horespower, with just the right amount of back pressure with no worries of tickets !!!! yeah, i'll take my MACS off road pipe and flowmaster anyday ......
