HOOKER! About 300 shipped from Jegs. Cheapest you'll find it new. Sounds awesome, especially with no cat.

I've also considered Hooker. I know of only 2 low points to this system.
1. They aren't stainless steel.
2. I hear the tips rust quickly.

Is hooker worth it living in Iowa and all? I know it sounds good and is cheap, but I'm really feeling Magnaflow now after reading about it.

Chad

If you feel Magnaflow isnt as good, Please try to pursuade me!!!! I jsut want the best sounding catback for cheap!

Check that page out, that is the SLP Loudmouth.
Good power numbers from that system.

Cman, Looks like Flowmaster isn't all that hot from a performance point of view. I didn't realize this. But as far as sound goes its ~~AWSOME~~. So I'll let you know a price tomorrow just so you can compare..... Bill...

I was considering SLP Loudmouth at the beginning. But when I found out about my hollowed cat, I decided I didn't want my car to sound like a Nascar. Or would it be that loud. I went to that website, does that guy have a cat or not? Because I think I could stand that loudness. But if that is with a cat NO WAY will I get LM then.

I just took a flowmaster off, and the magnaflow went on. The magnaflow sounds like an old school 350 and the flowmaster just sounded plain mean. The magnaflow sounds the best cause the cam lopes like a mother and I can hear it. With the flowmaster on the cam wasn't laudable. Just do the magnaflow!!

Ok thanks, it seems like the Magnaflow is a killer system at a cheap price! I think Magnaflow might be the winner.

I had the flows on my car for a few years and it sounded great plus looked good. When the pipes rusted out I went with the Hooker setup and put stainless mailbox tips in place of the quad setup. I also painted the inside of the pipes with engine paint to ward off rust. The Hookers do sound good and flow much better, plus there is no highway drone. IMHO this is a great bang for the buck, especially if you're on a budget.

Magnflow S.S. catbacks for 260.00 $ ..where is this at? Cheapest I've seen is 345.00 on a sale.

The Stainless Steel Mangaflow can be had on ebay for around $250 plus shipping. I just looked at this exact time there isn't any, but there are usually quite a few of them from a single guy.
