flow numbers??? are these good?
The importance of flow numbers when choosing a cam is greatly overstated. Nobody is going to pick a different cam because the heads flowed 10cfm different at .500" or something.
If flow numbers were THE key we would all just buy AFR 227s and have them hacked out bigger.
Don't want to believe me about flow read this.

Right from Lloyd himself since you guys put a lot of faith in him.

1- flow #'s are NOT AS IMPORTANT as runner shape and measurements in key areas of the port.
A flow sheet on a set of heads is just like a dyno sheet- it isn't the only thing to be considered and is only as good as the paper its printed on IMO.
Hogging out a set of heads doesn't guarantee good flow and high HP numbers- if that were the case we could all just grab a dremel and do it ourselves. Like Lloyd has stated- ensuring runner shape in key areas ensures performance.

you can have the biggest set of heads ported to the max ,but its not going to make any difference unless you have the fuel, and cubic inches and cam to go with what ever heads also a good bottom end then you'll see real power, those are some decent flow #'s should do u fine
