Question Which Flexplate?

Hi guys, FINALLY got around to progressing my LT1 conversion on an offroader Im building, went to install the clutch and custom bellhousing and flywheel to mate the engine to a toyota landcruiser 5-speed Im using and the fricken flywheel doesnt match the bolt pattern on the flexplate! I have the stocko 153 tooth flywheel and I now find out that the exteranlly balanced chev to cruiser box conversion kit I bought requires a 168 tooth flexplate. Are 168-tooth flexplates that accept the LT1 crank pattern widely available? Thanks in advance dudes, I was hoping to have this damn thing running a LONG time ago, I recently found out Im moving 1000miles north so have to sort this out ASAP!

Re: Which Flexplate?

Ok got a few things straight now so new question, does the LT1 block have the right mount holes for the 168 tooth starter nose cone?

Re: Which Flexplate?

You can buy straight bolt pattern starters that can be clocked to accept both number of teeth. Call Summit tech line for help.
