Flex Hone size

Still a little unsure about the flex hone size to use on the cylinders. Talked with a guy who sells them on ebay. I asked what size hone would I need for a 350 Chevy (4" bore). He is suggesting that I purchase a 4 1/8" hone even though I expained that I'm using new rings w/ the original standard pistons. I thought that I would need a 4" bore size hone?

You might benefit from directing that question directly to:

I have found them to be very helpful in the past.

Good luck,

Brush research contacted me and said that the flex hones are made slightly oversized for the cylinder size. So if you have a 350 4" bore, then you would order their 4" hone.
