Fixed my exhaust leak and WOW
Fixed my exhaust leak and WOW
The low throttle hesitation is gone!!!!! I swear I tried everything to fix it before I changed this header gasket I wish I just did it from the beginning but damn it feels good. It's like my car is a different car, the engine feels as smooth as when I first drove it...
The leak was so close to the o2 sensor that it was probably messing up the reading. Now the car runs perfect, runs stronger, and it even doesn't backfire any more with my foot off the gas. I'm a happy guy =)
Oh I would also like to thank my good friend the A/C delete pulley (*cheers for ac delete*) because there is NO ****ING WAY you can change the passenger side gasket with SLP dual cat headers without removing the y pipe without the added room from A/C delete. From in front of the k member I could get 5 bolts fairly easily.
So moral of the story, if you have a leak, don't put off changing the gasket because it's a bitch, DO IT!

amazing aint it... i had the same problem with my crappy true duals.. (leak right before the o2) went back to ypiple and LM, put o2's in headers. car is 10 times smoother but i did lose some torque.
