First Battery Now Starter!
Did you check all the connections? Did you connect the "known" battery directly to the terminals (and not just to the current battery)?
Just sayin': If you did not completely rule out the battery and the connections, you are going to kick yourself in the A$$ if it is not really the starter.
Good luck.

The only connection I have not tried is on starter it self.

Are you talking about hooking the + jumper cable to the red box sitting above the battery? If so, I'm not sure that connection would be tight enough to turn the starter over. Just pull both terminals off of the battery, scrape the surfaces up with a screw driver or something, hook them back up, and try again. Or, check the voltage drop at the starter, as suggested by someone else. These are quick checks, just to make sure before you go and buy a starter. You could also pull the starter off and take it to Autozone (or Canadien equivalent) and have them check it.

When I go home I will take the battery off and clean the Car terminal even though they looked clean I will do it any way.
check it on the stud if its good there (bat voltage not starting and drops more than 2 or 3 volts cranking ) then hit it with a hammer a couple times while someone tries to crank it. if it starts turning change it anyway. if volts drop realy low check the cable again it is likely the problem but if you still dont find loose connection or corroyion then wack the starter while someone trys to crank it. Again if it frees up and turns over the engine REPLACE the starter it WILL fail again and leave you stranded.

LT1 Starter been good to me 93K miles. I goes I will get new LT1 Starter ?
NO LT4 Starter for me
Close enough to take a grinder to the starter? If you can grind a corner or just a little bit of metal off the starter, I say it'd be worth it. You really don't need an LT4 starter with stock compression, cam, heads, etc., but for $120, I'd make it work if possible.
