Has anyone who has replaced a heater core had any problems with the little piece of foam that is supposed to seal off the a/c tunnels from the firewall. Not sealing. I have tried the original and a new one from the dealership. Neither one has sealed correctly and is venting cold air to the engine bay and not to the interior.
