Firebird guys w/ headlight motor probs

Dont these two items look very similar...notice the mounting holes even. With a little wiring they might be an alternative to our headlight motors. Best part is - they're $25!

Here's a stock driver's side headlight motor:

Link to second motor, or tech link doesn't work. I like to see what your talking about. Did you switch to a different motor to fix the problem?

Doh it looks like the site is currently down for maintenence. That stinks. Check back later I'm sure it will come back up.

As far as I can tell, the only thing you'd lose by moving to these motors is the manual **** that the stockers have. The motors are $25, the waterproof electrical connectors are $2.50 (bottom of page), and then a female GM weatherpak to mate with the factory plug (try rockauto.com) and you're set. No permanent modification to your car required!
