Run a compression test. Be perfectly sure you have the valves spot on. When the exhaust is open you can adjust the intake and visa versa. When done right the pushrod will have some drag.

 

the pushrods had drag i followed shboxs guide on it i don't know how i managed to mess it up the first time, but i mean they had drag i tightened it about a half to 3/4 turn more for preload and then tighted the poly fasteners

 

By drag do you mean resistance to turning?

 

yes, i think it might be the new injectors i put on probably flooding then engine not making it run efficently like its suppose to who knows though...

 

Ok, try to reset the valves. This time use an up and down motion on the pushrods instead of twisting. When you can no longer move the pushrod up and down ypu're at zero lash. Add 1/2 turn and you're good to go.

Check the injectors by unbolting the fuel rail from the manifold and lifting everything away from the manifold. Have someone turn the key to on but not start. There should be no leaking. If there is you have a stuck njector(s)

ill check them before i take them off the rail either way there gonna be coming off and the stock ones back on until i get it dyno tuned, i didn't realize having them on was such a harmful thing, you live and learn i guess
