I finally finished the swap of the 95 LT1 into my 91Z28. i drive it to work daily so for the most part the opperation is fine. here are the issues i cant figure out. the car runs rich(have adjustable fuel pressure regulator inline and a new factory fuel pressure regulator also), I have to give full throttle to crank the car - for the first week it would crank right up when i did that but now it barely wants to crank and i have to play with the throttle and it spits out a thick cloud of smoke (i have the MAS disconnected, the car actually runs better like that and i cant figure out why either, i have tried switching MAS with another one and still the same result), when in 1st gear completely stopped there sounds like a grinding coming from the passenger side that sounds like its near or in the front of the transmission, and lastly when the key is in the on position and the car hasnt been cranked up the throttle position sensor clicks and hums.
