Sounds pretty darn good..altitude is a big factor in how fast your car runs and to be picky the whole density air thing..which is barometric pressure, dew point /humidity and temperature.Thats why its hard to compare cars without knowing some of this stuff.
For example if your car run that time at say 5000 ft above sealevel its much different than running it a sea level. But it seems pretty typical time. What altitude are you at..?

I just ran best of 14.66 at 98.3 with a 2.45 60ft with my 96 bone stock vert. Also a4 with wimpy 2.73 gears. That wasn't track time though it was tazzo vehicle performance computer and I took the tazzo to track in another of my cars and it was within a tenth for et.tenth faster and 2.5 mph higher than track mph.60ft was right on.I can recalibrate it to match track but haven't got around to it yet.Anyway figure not too bad for mine either.Verts are slightly heavier, had 3/4 tank of fuel.I am heavy like 240 pounds and
I am at 1900 feet above sea level.I just ordered a few little mods for the 96 and should cut down a bit on the time hopefully and sure can improve that 60ft a bit ,was on cooper cobras not the best tires.
Only problem now is can't run car again till spring..put away for winter yesterday.
Keep it up you are close to thirteen for sure..couple tricks ,run 1/4 tank fuel..usually works better fuel is heavy but sometimes hurts 60ft times. And take out jack and spare.Make sure you run with windows up most tracks make you do this anyway.Your 60ft are already pretty darn good for street tires.
I am actually hoping to mod my 96 to make it just fast enough to get permanently kicked off track..faster than 13.9 reguire a full sanctioned rollbar in verts at nhra tracks and I aint' putting one of those in the wifes car.

mines an a4 also with 273 gears. i had already taken out the jack and tire. I did have well over a half a tank of gas though so oh well just means i need to drop some money on her this winter.

They can definitely loose mph if they bounce off the limiter and I think the mph is pretty close again depends a lot on altitude and density air.
So far for the 96 I have ordered but not installed:airfoil,1le bellows, bmr tb bypass, hpp 160 stat, lgm induction, holley powershot filter,1le trans mount,1le front sway bar,1le panhard and 1le lower control arms.
Over winter or next few months plan on asp underdrive balancer,
gms maf, hypertech programmer to set the fans mostly and move up the rev limiter, the tuning never did much for my other lt1 and to set planned new rear gears.Thinking borla exhaust with electric cutout.Shock tower brace likely bmr and kenny brown double diamond subframe connectors or maybe bmr ones.
Not sure about about springs and shocks yet..likely slp bilsteins and mgiht take my slp eibachs off my 99taws6.
Put some 3.42 gears in there from my 99 and maybe a 2600 to 2800 stall and thats about it for that car.
I would think those mods above should get the vert into the 13's even on street tires..don't plan on racing it more than once as like I said they kick you off after 13.9 in verts unless you put in that rollbar..NOT!!
Got to save my mod money for my 99 and my 80tas.They are the beasts in the family.
