This is a very possible story. I've seen LS1's that are just slow from the factory like 14's slow so I wouldn't doubt this story one bit. And I've also seen them run 13.0. I've seen a "Bone"stock A4 LT1 go 13.5. When the factory puts the cams in these things do you really think they take the time to degree a cam???? So say if some one happened to make a one tooth mistake they could make a car be really strong for stock or really slow. There are so many variables in this its not even worth you getting this pissy about!

 

Ignorance...yeah on your part. My car is definately not stock...I don't have to parade all my mods...let's just say your car vs. mine would be a walk in the park for me...thanks for going lets get on with the discussion!

oh yeah, they messed up so bad from the factory that a stock lt1 got 320rwhp vs 260rwhp. not happening.

hey mr saint. will you not agree that most ls1's will woop a bolt on lt1. they run very close.

I would say that a stock ls1 and a bolt on LT1 would be close, but when you have headers, gears, etc and race up to 90 I would say an LT1 would win...but when you hit 90, especially with 4.10' or anything for that matter, the LS1 will definately pull!
