i did a heads and cam package on my 383, first time doing it, the whole time i was doing the heads/cam i thought the car would never start again. It starts, runs rough though, havent fully adjusted the valves, it got dark before i could. I am beyond myself right now, alot of thanks to everyone on the board, i wouldnt have done it without you guys

 

A year ago i could barely change the spark plugs and with the help of this site i believe i could do just about anything i want. I feel like i have a certified mechanic at the touch of a button and no book can do this.

 

same here, this site helps out so much, i can even diagnose why my engine is running rough, after a rebuild. it makes me feel like ive accomplished a lot

 

Yeah props to the board members here. I remember when I 1st started visiting here about 8 years ago. Things have come a long way.
