Well my car no longer has the creature comforts like A/C, powersteering, ABS, rear bumper support, lightweight K-member, upper and lower a-arms, doorbars and a ton of odds and ends that I have removed over the years. I weigh in at 235lbs so it's not the lightweight driver mod. LOL I also took out the power leather seats and went with manual cloth Camaro seats but my car started out at 3,700lbs raceweight about 8yrs. ago so it's been a work in progress. I should be able get the car down to 3390 w/o the passenger seat but I haven't tried that yet. Later

Love your T/A, I remember it from the mag article. It's what I aspire my T/A to be like, same color and everything. I'm forever stuck in the 12's for now as kids (daycare) and car payments take priority. I hope to do a cam swap in the Spring and shoot for lower 12's

Nice numbers again!

Thanks i appreciate the compliments and I know exactly what you are talking about with kids and car payments. Looks like your car is running ok, these LT1'S LOVE A LITTLE N2O SO JUST BUY a used kit for $300-350 and get into the 11's on a 100shot. When my car was stock 13.90's, I put a 125shot, ran 12.60's@110mph. Stock weight, tires etc... Give it a shot you won't be disappointed. LATER Clint

Hey Clint nice numbers. Havent talked to you in forever. I see you finally ditched your magic cc306 lol. My motor is still running good but my car has seen better days. My Dad and I have been thinking of swapping the lt1 into his 73 camaro. Depending on how hard that is.

Later man pm me if ya want.

i went to the track on saturday and had the intank fuel pump go out on me but got to make two passes. I had a friend helping and he put added 2 qts of oil to my enginebefore I stopped him. So the car is smoking a little on the videos but it had too much oil in it. Anyway check them out.

Well you see on the first pass at the end of the track when I was braking hard the oil pressure dropped to zero at the very end and when I was about to turn the key off it came back up. Thats the first time it happened to me but they say thats normal b/c most of the oil is in the topend and when I pressed the brakes hard the rest went to the front of the pan? The 60's on those runs werent good 1.51 and 1.54 but I did learn that I need some rear shocks to keep the car from squatting And that I need to tighten up the front so it doesn't come up too quick. I think after adding rear drag shocks and getting the car to hook well it eill go mid 10's easily. Later
