Final flow #'s from my AFR 210's...not to bad.

Picked up my AFR 210's today from my local engine shop.

-Lift---INT---EXH
.100--100.3--61.4
.200--165.2--115.9
.300--222.5--154.4
.400--262.5--209.3
.500--289.2--221.9
.600--301.4--235.8
.700--307.5--251.0

Very curious to how this motor will perform with these heads

Thought I would share.

Those look really good. Do you know what size bore that were flowed at and if they used a pipe on the exhaust side? The exhaust numbers look pretty high.

4.250" bore size
1-7/8" pipe on the exhaust

The exhaust ports are pretty big.

those are some badass flow numbers indeed

did you take the AFR castings and have a 3rd party do some more porting on 'em?

i know it's prob a dumb question but i am just wondering

The heads were originally done by a fellow board member who bought the heads from a shop out in Texas. I bought them and they needed a some work, so my local engine guy cleaned them up and actually got much better low lift numbers by playing with valve angles.

The intake side could easily be opened up to flow more...maybe next time when I decide to go boosted

Nice numbers. Lloyd did an awesome job on my AFR210's that I am using for boost. He used a 4.03' bore and no pipe:

lift.............intake..........exhaust
.200..........143...............103
.300..........204...............141
.400..........247...............173
.500..........281...............198
.600..........308...............219
.700..........311...............227

Seems like more and more of us are getting better flow numbers if we dont use the AFR porting

Yeah, that's why I bought a set of bare AFR 210's to have ported. I hadn't heard much good about AFR's porting for what you have to pay for it. I would have had a set of stock heads ported by Lloyd or AI before I bought some AFR ported heads.
