Sorry to be beating a dead horse here...I've been researching this for a while, and I know I want 3.73's in my 95 A4 Z. What I need from you guys is a definitive list of EVERYTHING required to do this. Gears, install kits, PCM reprograms, anything and everything will help.

You will need the following:

Gear
Install Kit
Rearend Fluid (don't forget to get additive)
PCM reprogrammed for gear change.

 

On the gears if you get Strange or Richmond they make 3.73's for your 2-series carrier. If you go to GM type gears they only make 3.73's for 3-series gears... if you go that route you will also need a 3-series carrier and ABS reluctor wheel.
