Few Questions About Cam Swap

So I plan to install the following custom ground cam in my 1995 Vert Z28:

1995 Z28 Camaro
Mild Head Porting
Headers
Full exhaust
Bolt On's
3.42 gears

Duration Advertised: 286* Intake/307* Exhaust
Duration @.050: 230* Intake 245* Exhaust
Lift with 1.5:1 rocker arms .565 Intake/.600 Exhaust
LSA:114

1-Which valve springs are reccomened?
2-Could I go with 1.52 rockers arms and not have any clearance issues? Whats about 1.6?
3-Would a mail order tune suffice or use a box to retard the timing?
4-Am I going to run into MAJOR driveability issues?
5-Should I use lsx style lifters or a different brand?
6-Is there any way I could run the specific cam specs into a desktop dyno type program and get an est. in hp/tq?

The reason I ask about all of this is that my g/f maybe driving this car for a while . I would like to increase the chances of my car being in one piece at the end of the day.....

I'm thinking your girlfriend may hate you and the car with that camshaft.

Not sure on 1.52, but with 1.6 comp pro mags, the valve cover needs to be clearenced (not a hard task)
I myself would recommend some PAC 1518's. Good for 650 lift.
Mail order tune will work for you for now.
Driving issues, with that cam in a 350, its going to be quite the car lol. I figure your gf will hate you, the car, and the money you spent on it.
Use LS7 lifters if your buying new.
I think comp cam's has a program for that.

Make sure she relizes how much power she has if she drives it. With a cam that big say good bye to any traction. (even with a smaller cam lol)

From what I have heard, the higher the LSA the smoother the idle. Not sure how true that is maybe someone can agree or prove me wrong hehe.

Also, I believe the Stock LT1 cam is like a 117 LSA. Not sure why you think 112 is the limit.

I thought n/a cars like overlap for mid-top end power. I'm putting a similar cam in mine soon, except mine has a tighter lsa and less lift. Let me know how it goes.

They do. Tighter LSA also means rougher idle (I think).

You say it is a custom cam, then why not let whomever is specing the cam spec the springs.

Why are you retarding the timing? With that cam, so much air will be going out the exhaust from overlap, I don't see reducing timing as an issue but I see cam surge as the drivability issue. Torque will be less in the lower RPM's than a stock motor. That cam with your motor won't start coming on until 3000 RPM. If you are REALLY worried about it, just have the programmer set the rev limiter for 4500 RPM

Instead of cutting out those baffles you can just bend them straight instead.

stick with the larger lsa,or your idle will suffer, but your girlfriend will still hate it.
