Fasterst STOCK LT1 ET?

Ive seen 1/4 times as fast as 13.5 and as slow as 14.5 from supposedly stock LT1's. What is the fastest 1/4 you guys have seen from an entirely stock LT1. Also ive read a few times that the LT1's hp and tourque ratings were underated from the factory at 285 ... for single cat version by the way ... So if theyre under rated what are more realistic stock #'s ?

13.8 here... Was with "new" factory heads though. I broke a timing chain and had some P-V issues. Covered under warranty though

I didn't run it bone stock, but with a CAI and 3.73 gears I run 13.21...

The car has lost a few pounds, but if 100lbs = 1/10th in the 1/4, then that would still only put me about 13.4

It's a 94Z with 132k miles on it

I bought my car brand new in 97'. 1st run with the stock LT1 with 1,500 miles on the clock was 13.83. 2nd run with the stock LT1 with almost 10,000 miles on the clock was 13.52. That motor really loosened up after some break-in miles were put on it...however, in 2001 that motor came out, and a new Lingenfelter built 383 LT4 went in.

Now youve seen them going 13.5s

Im sure I had high 13.3s in her, I later cut some 1.98 60 fts (13.62 @ 102) with the same 17 inch street tires - but I lost all kinds of mph somewhere. Damn car only traps 101-102 now

Alot more peple then i thought are runnin mid-13's as opposed to high 13's low 14's. Thats impressive 13.5's completely stock , and the 13.2 with just a cai.
