it feeds the 02 sensors, skip shift and reverse lock out selinoids, all 3 fan relays.. thats all I come up with right now with the limited diagrams I ahve on me. I would start with maiking sure teh fan realays are good and not getting hot. see if it blows when the fans come on. they could be bad and pully too many amps

if skip shift is not operating how would it affect a A4 car?
what does the reverse lock out solenoid do?
My fans still run , do u know what could be blowing thsi fuse u think a wire was burned or something

if your an auto don;t worry about skip shift... if it's not a dead short (blows as soon as you put the fuse in) then it's probaby not a wire. but it still could be..

fan motors can go bad and overheat pulling too much power and blow a fuse. the fan motor should be getting hot if this is the case but not always.

I would try unpluging the fans one at a time and see if it still blows

I would put odds on a burned O2 wire that is shorting to ground.

I would tend to agree if he said that after he installed it and drove the car it would blow. but I dunno weather it blows when he is just stitting there or not.. esp with headers that 02 harnes is so easily melted..

Does it blow at teh same time everytime or just at random times when you are acualy moving the car?

Not for an automatic, according to the owner's manual:

6 - Coolant Fan Relays; EVAP
Canister Purge Solenoid; Exhaust
Gas Recirculation; Low Coolant
Relay; Reverse Lockout Solenoid
( 10 Amp.)
