I am wiring a new fan setup for my project. Its a s10 with a 95 camaro z28 in it. What type of relays can I get from the local autozone or autoparts store to use in place of the ones mentioned in the fan schematic. It has connectors with D, J, F on it. will just decent 30 amp relays work? Just want omake sure.

PS: Putting a CVR starter on to and can;t remember where the wires go. I assume little nut for ground and rest go on the with hot wire?

Most automotive relays are just like the ones the factory uses.


No ground wire goes on the starter. The purple wire goes on the "S" terminal and the battery cable on the big terminal. There is a small ground wire in the same harness that is supposed to go to a small stud on the block, below #6 plug.
