fan fuse keeps blowing

I have a 94 Z 6spd and the fan fuse keeps blowing as soon as I turn the key to the on position. It happened last night after a WOT run. I heard that the fan fuse controls other components like cags and skipshift? I just need to know what it controls so I can start following wires. Thanks for any help.

This is from a 1995 manual. Pretty sure the 1994 is the same.

O2 sensors
Reverse lock out
Skip shift
EVAP solenoid
EGR solenoid

Seems the most common problem is a burned O2 wire.
