Fan fuse help ASAP

Okay so my fans are not working properly, they keep blowing fuses. All the relays are new, car does not throw any codes. Both fans are in perfect working order. Yesterday i spent an hour or so letting the car run though a few cycles with the data scanner hooked up so i could monitor everything. Engine would get up to 107degrees C, then the low speed fan would kick on dropping the temp to down 5 degrees, which is what its supposed to do. The fan fuse was still fine. So i put the car in high idol to see if i could get the fan fuse to blow or car to warm up past 107. But i could not, everything was working. So i closed the hood and went out for a drive, about 10 min into drive i parked my car let it idol and the temp went to 110 and kept on climbing. so i checked the fuse and it was blown. Turned car off, replaced fuse. at this point when i turned the car back on both fans kicked on, so i headed home, 5 min drive. Get home check fuse and blown again.

So something happens when the high speed fan kicks in. Ive been sourcing this issue for a a few months now in my spare time. Anyways im pretty much sick of trying to fix it. I want to wire up my own fan switch in the car. Ill use a DPDT switch and a 2 relay system, basically copy the early fan wiring set up for 4th gen lt1s. Just wondering if anyone else has wired up manual fans before so you can have 1 fan running or 2 fans running at the same time.

Before anyone suggest to just get something like the slp fan switch. I own one and since i already have an issue in the wiring it will not work. I dont want to use the stock wiring. Or if someone has experianced this and fixed it let me know.

Thanks

Besides the fan relays, the fan fuse also feeds:
O2 sensors
reverse lock out solenoid
skip shift solenoid
EGR solenoid
EVAP solenoid

You need to make sure you don't have any wiring issues with any of those things, too. The fuse problem may have absolutely nothing to do with the fans. I see you have deleted some items. Maybe the left in wiring is touching to ground and blowing the fuse.

its all be tuned out. Ive noticed i do get an error code for the reverse lock out solenoid.maybe that is having something to do with it, i have the skip shift eliminated as well. What can i do to fix this do you think?

edit

so i was just looking over my tune and ive noticed the "reverse lockout enable/disable speeds" enabled at 5mph and disabled at 4mph. so while my car was not moving idling the reverse lockout would not be enabled so the fuse would not be blown. so i should be able to start the car and get it up to 5mph and if the fuse pops i know thats the issue. Question is can i just set the MPH values for 0 so they dont enable at all.

Tuned out or not, the wires are still live. Only the code reporting gets turned off in the computer. A grounded hot lead will still blow a fuse.
